Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of goods (digital products only)

BundleArtSVG sells intangible digital goods only, including (but not limited to) SVG files, crochet patterns, eBooks, coloring pages, and other downloadable content.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your purchase is delivered electronically via digital download.
• No physical product will be shipped or delivered.
• You are purchasing a license to use the file(s), not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

General refund policy (all sales final)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once the download link has been generated, sent, or the file has been made available to you, the order is considered completed and is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind / buyer’s remorse.
• Compatibility issues (for example, your software/device/machine does not support the provided formats such as SVG, PNG, DXF, or PDF). It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
• Misunderstanding the product type (for example, expecting a physical item instead of a digital file).
• Skill level or preference reasons (for example, finding a pattern too difficult).

Exceptional circumstances (limited cases)

A refund may be granted only in the following limited situations, at our discretion:

• Defective file: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted, and we cannot fix or replace it within three (3) business days after you contact support.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processor error.
• Material misrepresentation: The delivered product is substantially different from what was described or shown in the product description/preview images.

EU/UK digital-content withdrawal notice

If you are a consumer located in the EU or the UK, you may normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact support first so it can be resolved quickly.

If a chargeback/dispute is opened for a valid digital purchase, we reserve the right to suspend access to downloads and provide order and access information (such as timestamps and IP logs) to the payment provider to respond to the dispute.
